Summary:

This work is an initiative that falls under the E-BaCCuSS project (Event-Based Control, Circuits and Processing towards Ultra-Low Power Consumption). It is a continuation of the works on signal processing for asynchronous systems with non-uniform sampling. It aims at optimizing the choice of the sampling levels in order to achieve a more accurate representation of the signal with fewer samples. The following step would be to make this approach at work in event-triggered control systems, where a control law is issued as a result of the occurance of an event rather than the passage of time.
